Resonate With emerges from the Fallen Fence series, continuing my exploration of spaces for contemplation—where change and transformation can unfold. A large mass anchors the floor, its base broad and heavy, piling upward and tapering to a single point at the top, while the form at the top mirrors the bottom, suspended from the ceiling. The two forms are connected by a single strand that weaves through the entire composition. The undulating shapes convey a sense of movement—ascending, descending, or poised in between—leaving their trajectory open to interpretation. The woven surface’s imperfections and the irregular creases in the paper highlight the rigor of the hand’s presence, drawing the viewer into the layered structure and inviting a continual reevaluation of perception.
